Occupy Wall Street-- Rape, Disease, Murder, Anti-Semitism -- This Is What Stupidity Looks Like--Part 4

By Gary Starr for the Neville Awards
Nov. 13, 2011

Had enough of Occupy? Had enough of the rapes, murders, disease, robberies and anti-semitism that have become hallmarks of the spoiled brat, nouveau riche skid-row encampments that have popped up in Liberal-run cities around the nation?

If not, why not?

Maybe you are still listening to liberals like Juan Williams who are trying to convince you that it's just a fringe element who are spoiling it for the rest of the "protesters". And the Occupy is just the liberal version of the Tea Party. And they do some valid points to make about the banks….or something like that.

Or maybe Occupy just hasn't landed on your doorstep. It's not your daughter who was raped or robbed. It's not your son who was murdered, or committed suicide, or has come down with TB, or what is now known as "Zuccotti" lung.

On November 12, 2011 Reuters reported the following events in New York City on the 73rd anniversary of Nazi Germany's Kristallnacht:

Police responded to 911 calls reporting cars ablaze early Friday morning. When they arrived, they found three cars, including a BMW and a Lexus, on fire, according Sgt. Carlos Nieves.

Another vehicle, a red van, had "KKK" spray painted on it, representing the racist group Ku Klux Klan. Police also found eight benches with Nazi swastikas spray painted on them.

Hey Mayor Bloomberg, you inept Liberal pussy, what are you gonna to do about it?

Here's what he said:

"The NYPD's Hate Crimes Task Force is actively investigating the twisted person or people who attacked cars, benches, and a sidewalk on a block of Ocean Parkway. Either way, this kind of hateful act has no place in the freest city in the freest country in the world."

What a guy. What mayoral brio!! Given his support for the Ground Zero Mosque ,and his indulgence of Occupy Wall Street, what else would you expect? Rudy Giuliani he is not.

In fact, the entire Occupy movement is being enabled by every liberal mayor, congressman and president who tolerates this insanity. The list includes NY's Mayor Bloomberg, Oakland's Mayor Jean Quan and LA's Mayor Antonio Ramón Villaraigosa, CongressCreature Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama. Occupy is the liberal's shame and disgrace. Occupy is the logical, end result of 100 years of progressivism.

What follows is a list of headlines, excerpts and links to the larger stories....just a small sample of all the great things that Occupy has brought to us. Five of the six appeared on Drudge on November 11th alone!!

More Anti-Semitism at Occupy Wall St.: Protester Calls Jewish Man ‘Dumb Motherfucker’

The Blaze

Since the Occupy protests began, there has been no shortage of anti-Semitic sentiment being aired by its demonstrators across the country. Their messages often revisit the age-old anti-Semitic slur likening the Jewish people to money-grubbing “bankers” who are in complete “control” of the country and its finances.

Zombie’s blog now brings us new videos by Urban Infidel and an independent New York blogger depicting the same kind of bigotry. In the video that follows, an Occupy protester can be heard disparaging a Jewish man wearing a traditional kippah head-covering — at one point calling him a “dumb motherf**ker.”

Since the words can be difficult to discern at times, a partial transcript provided by Urban Infidel follows the video. Caution, explicit language is used:

Occupy Oakland: Man shot to death near camp

San Francisco Chronical

A young man was fatally shot Thursday evening just yards from the Occupy Oakland encampment outside City Hall. And before the ambulance had even pulled away, people were debating whether the killing was somehow linked to the month-old gathering.

The man, whom several Occupy campers said they did not recognize, was shot in the head about 5 p.m. outside a BART station exit in Frank Ogawa Plaza, at 14th Street and Broadway. He was taken to Highland Hospital in Oakland, where he was pronounced dead, said interim Police Chief Howard Jordan.

Jordan - speaking to reporters over protesters who shouted, "This is not Occupy Oakland" - said two groups of people had gotten into a fight that ended when someone pulled out a gun and fired. Witnesses said they heard four to six shots, and saw several young men flee. No arrests have been made, and the dead man's name has not been released.

[Actually Chief Jordan, you dumb-ass, it is Occupy Oakland. You own it.]

Future of Occupy Burlington encampment uncertain after police clear City Hall Park to investigate man's death

Burlington Free Press

The city closed half of City Hall Park and put a halt to all camping at the Occupy Burlington site Thursday night while police investigate a shooting in a tent that cost a 35-year-old man his life. Meanwhile, the movement’s participants mourned a member of their community and planned the future of the encampment.

Just a day after the joyful spontaneity of a Gogol Bordello performance Wednesday night at City Hall Park, Thursday’s shooting that police believe may have been self-inflicted spiraled into a tense confrontation between Burlington police and some protesters over access to the park.

The evening culminated in this surreal scene nearly five hours after the shooting: Mayor Bob Kiss, standing hatless and coatless in a cold rain, talking a group of close to 100 City Hall Park occupiers down from a near riot.

Protesters Coming Down With the "Zuccotti Lung"

NBC New York

With wintry weather poised to swoop into the cramped outdoor quarters of Occupy Wall Street protesters, it may not be long before more campers catch what's being called "Zuccotti lung."

That's what demonstrators have dubbed the sickness that seems to be spreading among them at an unpleasantly high rate these days: "It's a real thing," Willie Carey, 28, told the New York Times.

With little sleep in cold conditions, cigarettes and drinks being passed from mouth to mouth, and few opportunities to wash hands, Zuccotti Park may now just be the best place to catch respiratory viruses, norovirus (also known as the winter vomiting virus) and tuberculosis, according to one doctor.

The damp clothing and cardboard signs wet with rain are also breeding grounds for mold. Some protesters are urinating in bottles and leaving food trash discarded throughout the campground, providing further opportunities for nastiness.

Tuberculosis Breaks Out At Occupy Atlanta’s Base

CBS Atlanta

ATLANTA (CBS Atlanta) – The home base for Occupy Atlanta has tested positive for tuberculosis.

The Fulton County Health Department confirmed Wednesday that residents at the homeless shelter where protesters have been occupying have contracted the drug-resistant disease. WGCL reports that a health department spokeswoman said there is a possibility that both Occupy Atlanta protesters and the homeless people in the shelter may still be at risk since tuberculosis is contracted through air contact.

Man found dead in Pioneer Park, Occupy SLC ordered to leave both camps

SALT LAKE CITY — Hours after a man was found dead inside a tent at Pioneer Park, Salt Lake Police Chief Chris Burbank announced Friday he could no longer allow camping in the park or anywhere in the city.

"We can no longer have individuals camping on our streets," Burbank said. "We as a city just cannot tolerate this going on."

Burbank asked members of the Occupy Salt Lake protest group to start packing immediately and to be out of the park by sunset Saturday. The ban on camping overnight also includes the Gallivan Center, where a group was recently moved after setting up camp near the Federal Building.

Burbank made the announcement Friday at Pioneer Park at the Occupy Salt Lake base camp. He said the group was welcome to continue protesting during the day, but they will no longer be allowed there at night.

The decision followed the death of a man who had been sleeping at the park in a tent. Investigators believe the man died from a combination of carbon monoxide poisoning due to a space heater inside his tent and a drug overdose. The man, whose body was discovered just after 10 a.m. Friday, was not immediately identified.

2 deaths at Occupy protests in Calif. and Vermont

Atlanta Journal-Constitution

OAKLAND, Calif. — Police are investigating a fatal shooting just outside the Occupy Oakland encampment in Northern California and the apparent suicide of a military veteran at an Occupy encampment in Vermont's largest city.

The Oakland killing is further straining relations between local officials and anti-Wall Street protesters. A preliminary investigation into the gunfire Thursday that left a man dead suggests it resulted from a fight between two groups of men at or near the camp on a plaza in front of Oakland's City Hall, police Chief Howard Jordan said.

Investigators do not yet know if the men in the fight were associated with Occupy Oakland, but they are looking into reports that some protest participants tried to break up the altercation, Jordan said.

Burlington, Vt., police said preliminary investigations show a 35-year-old military veteran fatally shot himself in the head Thursday at an Occupy Wall Street encampment. The name of the Chittenden County man is being withheld because not all of his family has been notified.

He shot himself inside a tent in City Hall Park. Mike Noble, a spokesman for the Fletcher Allen Health Care hospital in Burlington, confirmed that the man had died. Noble said he could provide no other details.
